Hello & welcome to Tropify! If you live in a cold climate please check that your daytime temps are above 45 degrees. All of our plants are tropicals and will suffer cold damage if exposed to temps below freezing for an extended period of time. If you do not want to reschedule the shipment for optimal weather I recommend upgrading express mail to expedite the transit and limit the exposure to cold temps.
We do offer heat packs in our shop to include with your shipment but before adding a heat pack to your order please check your weather for the next week and determine whether one is needed. If your temps are lower than 45 in the day I would recommend using one. Certain plants cannot be shipped with a heat pack such as peperomia. Please check your temperatures for the following week and contact me if would like to reschedule (for up to 21 days) your shipment for optimal weather. Once your order has shipped please track it carefully so that you can be sure it is brought inside quickly after delivery. Thank you!
